Cook for the morning shift at Brasserie HAV
We are looking for a committed chef who loves to cook and thrives on taking responsibility in the effort to provide guests with the best experience. The job is a full-time position, meeting hours are 6 am - 15 pm.
Your role
As a chef, you will be an important player in our kitchen, where you will be part of a small team. Here you have the opportunity to influence your everyday life in the kitchen. You will work with good ingredients, especially from the area along the west coast. You will contribute to preparing honest food from the local area with inspiration from classic French to new Nordic cuisine. We strive to change the dishes once a month, so that we always use seasonal ingredients.
