All prices stated in the online booking system, like everywhere else on the website, are stated in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated and clearly stated in the situation in question.

Payment is made using Dankort, VisaDankort, VISA or Mastercard. A fee is charged for payment with VISA and Mastercard. The amount of the fee is stated on the payment page before the payment is made.

Prepayment for stand space

1. 25% deposit is payable upon booking.

2. Installment of the remaining amount is paid no later than 30 days before arrival.

When booking later than 30 days before arrival, the total amount is paid upon booking.

1. 50% deposit is payable upon booking.

Lodges

Please note that our lodges: Natur-suites 1.0, Natursuites 2.0, Natursuites 3.0 and Lark Nest are not child-friendly and are a product for 2 people. Hennehytten and Vesterhavshütten are child- and family-friendly.

Dogs are more than welcome here with us, they just need to be registered when booking or upon arrival.

There will be a fee for bringing a dog.

The area offers many beautiful walks and dog parks.

Stop by the reception and we will be happy to help you find some routes that suit your needs.

Dogs must be kept on a leash, and any waste must of course always be picked up. Dog bags can be collected from reception.

Please note that you are not allowed to bring your dog into our service buildings, except for the dog bathroom.

If your dog needs a bath, we refer you to the dog bathroom in the black service building.

Should you feel like visiting Brasserie Hav, you are welcome to bring your dog.

1. With Basis, you do not have the option to rebook, cancel or get a refund for your booking if you are prevented from attending.

2. With flex you can rebook and cancel up to 30 days before arrival. However, we would like to point out that there is an administration fee of DKK 100 per change, per booking. Changes to the stay can only be made in writing and are only valid from the day the landlord receives them.

The amount on the Flex package is not refundable in the event of rebooking or cancellation.

3. With Premium you can rebook and cancel up until 12.00:100 the day before arrival. However, we would like to point out that there is an administration fee of DKK XNUMX per change, per booking. Changes to the stay can only be made in writing and are only valid from the day the landlord receives them.

The amount on the Premium package is not refundable in the event of rebooking or cancellation.

You have the option to choose basic, flex or premium. The choice must be made at the time of booking. It will not be possible to change to another service after the first payment. Changing a booking means cancellation, changing the type of accommodation or the dates of your stay. You are of course always welcome to change the number of people or other additions without having to pay an administration fee. We would like to point out that basic, flex and premium are dynamic services that are calculated based on the total amount of your stay.

Children in Lodges

Nature Suites 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 as well as The Lark Nets are designed as an experience for two adults who want peace, presence and time together in unique surroundings. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to bring children in these units.

A good alternative for families with children is our Vesterhavshütter or Hennehytten, where there is room for both young and old – and still close to nature, the beach and all the resort's facilities.

The price includes 10 kWh per day.

4 days = 40 kWh. You can use 5 kWh one day and 15 kWh another day. The consumption will be totaled upon departure.

Should you consume more, the excess consumption will be settled upon departure at the current kWh price. Any unused electricity will not be refunded upon departure.

If you have guests visiting, they must be registered. You can register your guests at the reception.

All day guests must have left the site before 23.00:XNUMX p.m. otherwise the guest must be registered as an overnight guest.

If your guests need access to the water park, fitness center, or mini golf, tickets can be purchased at reception.

If you bring your own cart to the site, your guests must pay 15 DKK per person at the entrance.

If you have a season ticket, you can purchase a season ticket for DKK 465, which allows you to have guests associated with the ticket throughout the season.

Just outside Henne Strand Resort, the town begins.

Here you will find a supermarket, bakeries, restaurants and retail shops. All within walking distance.

You don't have to order breakfast bread, but if you want to eat out at a restaurant, it might be a good idea to reserve a table.

There is free WiFi at the site, you search for "beach camping" and you can log in without a code.

Smoking is not permitted in our indoor areas and in and around our play areas.

Our Orangery can be used freely during periods when it is not reserved.

There is dining space for 16 people.

The orangery must always be left in a tidy condition.

If the fireplace is used, it must be emptied after use. The ashes must not be thrown into the container, but must always be thrown into the ash container located by the waste area.

You must bring your own firewood. It can be purchased at reception.

If the machine is very full or when drying larger textiles such as a duvet, you should expect to spend 60 minutes.

To lock the door, you must have the handle fully up.

Please place waste in the containers provided for general kitchen and residual waste.

Bottles/glass and cardboard must be placed in separate containers.

You will find the waste sorting at the end of the white service building.

If you have bulky waste such as old chairs, refrigerators, blankets, awnings, etc., you must remove this yourself. The nearest recycling station is at Nørre Nebel.

You are in nature, and we sometimes experience foxes dropping by. Therefore, do not leave trash outside at night.

You are welcome to grill at your place, however, your grill must have legs/base so that you do not burn the surface.

We recommend that you always have a bucket of water next to you when grilling.

There is a communal barbecue at the black service building that is free to use. Regular charcoal must be used.

Please leave the grate clean after use.

The ashes must never be thrown into the container, but must always be thrown into the ash container located by the waste area.
